Q: How did you get into this work?
A: Burned out emotionally and physically, my body decided to give up on me! (more of the story coming soon on my blog). I needed solutions that worked, I was visiting all the "gists" far and beyond... Oh I mean cardiologists, neurologists, immunologists... So after lots of frustration, I researched, found, and created the solutions I needed to be well. Became so passionate about it, that I studied for some years, earned many certifications, and prepared myself to be able to share my knowledge and first hand experience with you all!
Q: What do you actually do?
A: I coach women to restore balance in their bodies and emotions by addressing the root cause: dysregulated attachment patterns and emotional stress responses. I guide them to calm their chaos from the inside out. It's part science, part soul work.
Using a mix of untangling emotional wounds, deeply rooted subconscious traits, rewiring attachment patterns, and combining it with nervous system support and autoimmune recovery—so they can feel safe, steady, and whole. So they can thrive, and not just survive.
Q: What’s your most used phrase in a session?
A: “Sooo, that’s not a trigger—it’s a trauma tap dance.”
Q: Coffee order?
A: Sadly less than I want. I have to limit my caffeine intake.
Q: Is this the part where you list certifications?
A: Honestly! I'm a lifetime student. I am a very curious person and everything that I get interested on I like to learn more. Certified coach (many certifications). Functional wellness nerd. Attachment theory fangirl. Trauma-informed and spice-approved.
Q: Real talk—do you ever still people-please?
A: Only at Trader Joe’s when they’re out of my favorite snack and I pretend it’s fine. Truly? It takes practice, is not that I stop being understanding, kind, and compassionate; is just that now, I understand the difference and feel no guilt about self-care.
